Ms. Millie Jane Rigo is the Division Chief of the Project Evaluation Division of the PPP Center. She finished her Masters Degree in Public Management and Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines. Prior to joining the PPP Center, Ms. Rigo has been serving the government through the National Economic and Development Authority, Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation and the Home Guaranty Corporation.
