Geri is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 1995 and a former Captain of Philippine Army (PA), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
Three years back, he was the Operations Director of the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL), overseeing the operations of Human Resource, Finance, Community Services, Information and Communication Technology, Facility Development and Maintenance, & Service (Utility) Hub Department.
After his stint at IGSL, he was appointed as one of the Deputy Commissioners of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and was tasked to oversee the functions of the Management Information System and Technology (MISTG) and the BOC Command Center.
At present, as the Director of TSOCS, his primary responsibility is to ensure that stakeholders on the three (3) transportation sector, i.e. land, maritime and civil aviation; complies with the security
