Richard is professional rail engineer with over 30 years of experience in railway systems and services at all phases of projects from inception/specification to end user handover and onwards into operation, upgrade and extension including coordination and integration of E&M services and systems with the civil infrastructure. His career has seen him work in large client organisations, with suppliers of individual / overall integrated systems and more recently on various projects ranging from infrastructure design, Systems Engineering / Safety Assurance to shadow operations, modelling and rail advisory. Since starting in London, his career has taken him to various parts of the world including extended engagements in Singapore, Turkey, Vietnam, Hong Kong and the Philippines as well as experience of projects in many other locations such including Australia, Thailand, Canada and the Middle East.
