Arnaud Dugardin is the General Manager of RATP Dev Manila in the Philippines. He joined RATP Dev in December 2014.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in the railway business, in France and in Asia.
Mr Dugardin began his career in the French Railway Company SNCF in the Rolling Stock department. Then he hold some managing positions in 2 railway companies in France and in China where he led the construction of a factory of turnouts before he moved to the Philippines to assist the Concessionaire of the line LRT-1.
Arnaud Dugardin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
