Ms. Palaypayon started her railway career at the Project Management Office of the Line 2 System of the Light Rail Transit Authority as Clerk Processor A on the year 2005. There, she worked diligently under the Office of the Project Manager until the project’s completion on the year 2007.
She was then reassigned to another LRTA railway project, the Line 1 Cavite Extension holding the same position as Clerk Processor A. It was in Line 1 Cavite Extension Project where she was given more challenging duties and functions which helped her realize her full potential. She was promoted to Administrative Services Officer A position and was later on designated as OIC, Administrative and Financial Division from 2015 to 2016.
Not long after her designation as OIC Division Manager, she was appointed as full-pledged Division Manager A on the year 2016. On the following year, she was designated as the new Deputy Project Manager.
Through her results-driven and people-oriented management style, her swift action on pressing matters such as right-of-way acquisition, relocation of affected families and relocation of utilities, she was designated as OIC, Project Manager of the entire Line 1 Cavite Extension Project beginning on June 1 of the year 2018.
