Mr. Benipayo has a full breadth of knowledge in the rail transport sector having accumulated over thirty years (30) years of professional experience in the field of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Maintenance and O&M Consultancy.
He has held key line function roles in electro-mechanical construction, rehabilitation and maintenance projects covering different core systems including but not limited to Rolling Stock, Tracks and Permanent Ways, Traction Power, Overhead Catenary, Signaling, Telecommunications, Automatic Fare Collection and all ancillary systems. He has also been directly responsible for various management and operational support functions such as Maintenance Planning (CMMS), Materials Management including Inventory Planning and Control, Information Technology, Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Corporate Planning & Management Services.
In consultancy, he has been involved in various feasibility and technical studies including O&M modelling.
